
TUCSON, ARIZONA -- Tucson Metro Chamber will hold its Passing of the Gavel luncheon on Friday, June 8 at Desert Diamond Casino. The Passing of the Gavel Annual Luncheon provides an opportunity to connect with Chamber leadership. Hear about the Tucson Metro Chamber’s accomplishments achieved over the past year and learn about the Chamber’s top priorities moving forward.
Current Chairman of the Board Larry Lucero will be passing the gavel to 2018-19 Board Chair Barbi Reuter.
Reuter is President of Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR and served as the company’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) prior to this. Reuter has been with the firm since its inception, hired by founder Mike Hammond while in college in 1985. She launched and managed the firm’s market-leading Property Management Division through 2007, when she moved into company leadership. She was appointed COO in 2014, managing operations, research, finance, and marketing and communications. Reuter is completing a two-year term on the national board of CREW Network to focus her efforts in the local community, Tucson Girls Chorus, and YMCA of Southern Arizona.
Reuter was named to the Board in February 2016 and has been a strong supporter of the Tucson Metro Chamber, participating in the Project Prosperity Task Force and as an active member of PEERspectives.
