TUCSON, ARIZONA (June 25, 2026) — Robert Nolan of Oxford Realty Advisors in Tucson represented ABI Properties, Inc. in two retail investment acquisitions totaling $68.5 million, with properties located in Buckeye, Arizona and Fontana, California.
In Buckeye, ABI Properties, Inc. purchased Roosevelt Commons, a 54,885-square-foot retail center at the southwest corner of Verrado Way and Roosevelt Street, from Scottsdale-based SimonCRE for $35.2 million. The transaction also included approximately 3.6 acres of additional land planned for future development of a two-story medical office building.
Roosevelt Commons consists of six buildings and was 100% leased at the time of sale. Tenants include Goodwill, McDonald’s, Desert Financial Credit Union and Someburros. Robert Nolan of Oxford Realty Advisors represented the buyer, and the seller represented itself in the transaction.
The Buckeye property is located within a rapidly growing retail corridor near Interstate 10 and Verrado Way, where several major retail developments have recently opened or are under construction. Nearby projects include Verrado Marketplace, Buckeye Commons, Buckeye Commons West, and The Mix on Roosevelt. The area is also part of Buckeye’s larger future growth corridor known as The Landing, a planned mixed-use district south of Interstate 10.
In Fontana, California, ABI Properties, Inc. purchased a 72,841-square-foot retail property from FC Fontana, L.P. for $33.3 million. The acquisition was completed as a 1031 exchange property. Combined, the two acquisitions total 127,726 square feet of retail property and $68.5 million in investment sales.
