Tucson Weekly Lease Report – July 27–31, 2026

TUCSON, AZ (Aug. 3, 2026) — Tucson Weekly Lease Report recorded 13 transactions totaling 72,134 square feet during the week of July 27–31, 2026. Industrial, medical office, and retail users accounted for several of the week’s largest transactions.

The largest transaction was Copper State Bolt & Nut Co.’s 14,159-square-foot expansion at 4061 W. Costco Place. CBRE’s Tim Healy represented the landlord, Lilly Investment Group LLC, while Healy and CBRE’s Bill Bayless represented the tenant. Medical office activity also contributed two of the week’s largest leases. TMC One Urology renewed 11,173 square feet on the Tucson Medical Center hospital campus, and TMC Pain Clinic renewed 7,355 square feet at Tucson Medical Park. Richard M. Kleiner and Alexis Corona with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented TMC Holdings, Inc. in both transactions.
