TUCSON, AZ (September 8, 2023) A new Starbucks is planned for 2350 N Campbell Avenue in Tucson, at the southeast corner of Grant Road and Campbell Avenue, adjacent to the whale art mural and the former Catalina Theater at 2320 N Campbell Ave, owned by Banner Health Group as a training facility. The 19th Starbucks for metro Tucson.
The 1.05-acre site sold for $1.8 million ($39.32 PSF) to construct an approximate 2,408-square-foot Starbucks building with a drive-thru. The site previously contained a structure with a basement that was razed.

Rob Tomlinson and Greg Furrier of Cushman and Wakefield | PICOR, handled the transaction. The seller, a joint venture between Holualoa, Palice Inc., Scotia Group, Ltd. Princeville Properties, and the Robert L Davis Trust, purchased the property in 2005 as a larger land area. The buyer, GrantCampbell SBUX, LLC, an affiliate of Ecosta Development of Littleton, CO, c/o Erice Costa, the developer.
