TUCSON, Arizona (September 7, 2023) -- Swan Lake Estates MHC located at 4550 N Flowing Wells Road with 279 spaces and Friendly Village MHC at 1202 W Miracle Mile Road in Tucson Arizona with 97 spaces was completed on August 15, 2023 for the two property portfolio price of $37 million ($98,404 per space).
The communities totaled 376 sites, with City water and sewer service and both were all age restricted 55+ communities. None were park owned homes.
John Sheedy of Park Brokerage and Commercial exclusively represented the California seller and procured the Scottsdale-based operator.
Country Villa MHC located in Avondale, Arizona and Purple Sage MHC located in Glendale, Arizona was completed on September 1, 2023 for the combined price of $20.7 million ($90,393 per space).
The Avondale and Glendale communities combined have 229 sites, City water and sewer service and were 40% below market rents. Both were all ages communities.
