Cushman & Wakefield Negotiates 120,700 SF Lease in Gilbert
PHOENIX, Arizona – Cushman & Wakefield announced that United Comb & Novelty Corporation, an entity of United Solutions, signed a lease at Fiesta Tech located at 1343 N. Colorado Street in Gilbert, Ariz.
Cushman & Wakefield Director James Harper successfully negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant. The landlord, Scottsdale-based Conor Globe-Fiesta Tech, LLC, was represented by Steve Larsen of JLL.
“Conor Globe made the process easy and very accommodating to Comb & Novelty’s needs,” according to Harper.
Massachusetts-based United Comb & Novelty, a leading supplier of plastic housewares, paint, office, and hardware products, leased Building 2 at Fiesta Tech. Totaling 120,700-square-feet, the facility offers ESFR sprinklers, grade level and 32 dock-high loading doors and 30’ clear height. United Comb & Novelty moved in on November 1.
