Vestis Group negotiated the off-market sale of Sunpoint, located at 215 West Brown Road in Mesa, Arizona.

Phoenix – February 3, 2025 – Vestis Group, a commercial brokerage and investment firm, is pleased to announce the $3,400,000 / $60,714 Per Unit / $90.13 Per SF sale of Sunpoint, a 56-unit multifamily apartment community located in Mesa, Arizona. Vestis Group’s Natan Jacobs represented the Buyer in this transaction.

The buyer is based in Scottsdale, Arizona. The seller is based in Chicago, Illinois.

Originally built in 1977, Sunpoint is a garden-style property with 56 units.
