Vestis Group negotiated lease for Berry Divine Acai Bowls in Central Phoenix’s 16th Street Corridor
Phoenix Arizona – Vestis Group, a commercial brokerage and investment firm, is pleased to announce the completed lease for Berry Divine Acai Bowls, in Central Phoenix’s 16th Street Corridor, at 2816 N 16th St, Phoenix, AZ 85006.
“This is Berry Divine’s fourth location in Arizona. The first three stores opened in Sedona, Tempe and Tucson,” says Matt Morrell, President of Retail Investments at Vestis Group and the lead broker for this transaction, “Berry Divine’s Phoenix store is located at Coronado 16, a retail shopping center originally built in 1957 and renovated in 2018 by, MODE Apartments + Homes, a Valley real estate developer specializing in revitalizing properties in the mature neighborhoods of Central Phoenix.
The newly redeveloped shopping center combines mid-century modern charm and urban art with a great mix of local, regional and national retailers and restaurants. Coronado 16 is located in Phoenix’s downtown-midtown-uptown urban core, near Phoenix Children’s Hospital, Abrazo Arizona Heart Institute, Abrazo Arizona Heart Hospital, Banner – University Medical Center Phoenix, Barrow Neurological Institute, Carl T. Hayden VA Medical Center, Phoenix Indian Medical Center and St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center. Berry Divine Phoenix is situated in a commercial area adjacent to Barrio Cafe and the Coronado Historic District, west of the SR-51 Piestewa Freeway, just south of the southwest corner of 16th Street and Thomas Road in Central Phoenix. Berry Divine’s healthy and delicious acai bowls will do well here in Phoenix. In my opinion, there is no other brand that can deliver the quality and delicious combinations of acai selections that Berry Divine has consistently provided to Arizona customers. BD’s store and customer growth is amazing. We are actively seeking additional locations for Berry Divine across Metro Phoenix.”
The Phoenix based Vestis Group commercial brokerage team of Natan Jacobs, Matt Morrell and Chad Barber negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant, Berry Divine Acai Bowls, and the landlord, MODE Apartments + Homes. Vestis Group provides tenant representation services to select national, regional and local tenants with their expansion plans throughout Arizona.
