Vestis Group negotiated a retail lease for Berry Divine Acai Bowls in Tucson, Arizona, at the northeast corner of Speedway and Campbell, at 1927 E Speedway Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85719.

TUCSON, Arizona – Vestis Group, a commercial brokerage and investment firm, is pleased to announce the completed lease for Berry Divine Acai Bowls in Tucson, Arizona, at the northeast corner of Speedway and Campbell, at 1927 E Speedway Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85719.

“This location, close to the University of Arizona campus, will be great for Berry Divine Acai Bowls. Berry Divine also has locations in Phoenix, Tempe and Sedona,” says Matt Morrell, President of Retail Investments at Vestis Group and the lead broker for this transaction, “Berry Divine’s healthy and delicious acai bowls will do well here in Tucson. In my opinion, there is no other brand that can deliver the quality and delicious combinations of acai selections that Berry Divine has consistently provided to Arizona customers. BD’s store and customer growth is amazing. We are currently searching sites in Gilbert, Arizona for a 5th Arizona location.”

The Phoenix based Vestis Group commercial brokerage team of Natan Jacobs and Matt Morrell negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant, Berry Divine Acai Bowls. Vestis Group provides tenant representation services to select national, regional and local tenants with their expansion plans throughout Arizona.
