The property sold to Ocean Breeze- Dawn LLC, a Colorado LLC as part of a 1031 exchange. The seller was Ed Rapee. Anchored by Ace Hardware the center also included two freestanding pad buildings leased to Hallmark Cards and Akita Sushi. The investor plans to do a major renovation of the center and rename it to Via Linda Crossroads.
