Joey Castillo of VOLK Company represented the purchaser, TRC Properties XII, LLC, in its purchase of the former Pier One, next to Peter Piper Pizza, an approximately 11,253-square-foot building on 65,776 square feet of land located at 5919 East Broadway from Barrett Associates, for a purchase price of $2,255,000 ($200 PSF).
