The buyer was represented by Omer Kreso and Michael Pedicone of Realty Executives Arizona Territory.
2048 E. Irvington Road sold for $1,000,000 and includes approximately 5,976 square feet of building improvements on approximately 45,120 square feet of land. The buyer, McSpillers Holdings, LLC, plans to redevelop the site into iSmile Dentistry, a dental practice whose team has served the community since 2002.
