PEORIA, ARIZONA – Wakeman Integrity, LLC, a woman-owned commercial real estate brokerage firm, represented the landlord in securing a long-term lease for ABC Children’s Eye Specialists at a highly sought-after, newly-opened medical office campus in Avondale, Arizona.
ABC Children’s Eye Specialists PC leased half of the second floor, a total of 12,229 SF, at Akos Medical Campus, 10825 W. McDowell Road in Avondale. The 12-year lease totals $4.73 million.
