PHOENIX, ARIZONA – Cushman & Wakefield completed the sale of West Thunderbird Mini Storage, located at 12500 W. Thunderbird Road in El Mirage, Ariz., for $4.1 million ($10,250 per unit). Phoenix-based WPC W. Thunderbird Storage, LLC purchased the property from Phoenix-based Quesnell Property Management, LLC.
Paul Boyle and Rick Danis of Cushman & Wakefield represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction. Boyle stated, “The property is in excellent condition and well-maintained, with a 94% occupancy. With rent opportunity upside, it was an appealing investment to investors.”
West Thunderbird Mini Storage is a 45,230-square-foot storage facility, spread out across nearly 400 storage units. Built in 2002, the property features onsite management, drive-up access, air controlled units, perimeter fencing and gate entry, surveillance cameras and RV, car and boat parking.
