Three rising brokers expand firm’s market-leading brokerage bench

Makenna Wesely joins the company as Associate Vice President, with a focus on portfolio strategy and emerging‑brand expansion. Lee Larcher and Megan Adamic join as Senior Associates.

Wesely began her brokerage career with WRA in 2016 before relocating to Southern California, where she served as Director of Real Estate for redC Real Estate, Design and Construction. There, she contributed to the nationwide growth of multiple wellness brands through a mix of portfolio, tenant representation and brand‑growth expertise. The combination gives Wesley a strong foundation to support clients navigating today’s evolving retail landscape.
Larcher also started his commercial real estate career with WRA, in the company’s Southern California office. He rejoins the WRA Phoenix office with more than a decade of experience advising owners, operators, developers, and tenants across a range of asset classes and geographies. This includes managing more than $800 million in multifamily development projects throughout the West for StreetLights Residential. Larcher’s well-rounded perspective enhances WRA’s ability to advise clients focused on long-term value creation.
Adamic joins WRA from a leading commercial real estate brokerage and development firm, where she served as a Retail Leasing and Sales Associate, applying her collaborative approach and strong command of market trends for tenants, property owners, investors and developers across Arizona.
