Fully leased Ahwatukee-area retail center secures full price with multiple offers
PHOENIX, (March 6, 2025) – Phoenix-based retail brokerage specialist Western Retail Advisors has completed the $4,468,467 sale of the Shops at Kohls, a fully occupied, 11,395-square-foot multi-tenant retail center in Phoenix’s Ahwatukee community.
The Shops at Kohls sits on 1.1 acres at 4645 E. Chandler Blvd., Phoenix, within a Kohls-anchored shopping center on the southwest corner of Chandler Boulevard and 48th Street.
Western Retail Advisors Vice President Darrell Deshaw represented the property seller, a California private investment group. The buyer was a California trust in a 1031 exchange.

Tenants in the immediately surrounding center include Kohls, CVS, Starbucks, Jersey Mikes, Arriba Mexican Grill, and Auto Zone.
The property is surrounded by almost 150,000 residents and more than 60,000 households within a five-mile radius. It has daily auto traffic of almost 80,000 vehicles.
