Glendale, AZ – GPE Commercial Advisors, an award winning commercial real estate firm in Arizona, secured the sale of a 36,361-square-feet church and school complex located at 8807 North 61st Avenue, in Glendale, Arizona. World Mission Society Church of God purchased the property for $1.54 million ($42.35 PSF).
