SCOTTSDALE ARIZ. (March 25, 2025) – Zen Investing, a Scottsdale-based real estate investment and development company held a groundbreaking ceremony on Friday, March 21 for its newest project. Zen @ Angelina is a build-to-rent townhome community situated on 8.4-acres located at the southwest corner of Indian School and Dysart Roads in Litchfield Park and under the jurisdiction of the City of Avondale. With construction now underway, Zen @ Angelina is targeted to begin leasing in fall 2026.

The plan for Zen @ Angelina includes 130 townhomes for rent and a mix of upscale community amenities. Zen @ Angelina will feature contemporary one- and two-story townhomes ranging from 993 to 1,459 square feet of livable space. Residents will have a choice of three floor plans, which include a single-story two-bedroom, two-bath and two two-story designs with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths. All townhomes will consist of spacious living areas, an attached two-car garage, private outdoor space with doggy door access and patio misters. Community amenities include a dog park, a community clubhouse, pool and spa, plus open landscaped space with areas for residents to gather. Residents will also have valet trash and recycling services.
“Our home designs with private backyards, two-car garages, generous room sizes and additional features set Zen @ Angelina apart from other rental communities,” adds Krishnan.
Members of the Avondale City Council and the Southwest Valley Chamber of Commerce, Avondale Mayor Mike Pineda along with representatives from Zen’s trade partners were in attendance.
