The 2015 Southern Arizona Chapter President, Brandon Rodgers says priorities for the new year will be “First,  Financial Responsibility.  I have a goal of retaining 5% of gross revenues annually to save for posterity.  This savings could ultimately be used for guest speakers, special events or even as a rainy-day safety net.  Second,  Good Luncheon Programming.  I am going to be focused on value to the audience during our monthly luncheons.  As such, I will be focused on a good slate of speakers, and minimal administration for the luncheons; and third,  Growing the pipeline of CCIM Candidates.  This involves engaging the less-tenured commercial brokers as well as UA MRED students to bring potential new candidates into the fold."
