Phoenix skyline 450x250 LEASE REPORTThe following commercial leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the Phoenix Lease Report from April 18 thru 22, 2016

RETAIL – 10050 N. SCOTTSDALE RD., SCOTTSDALE
A lease for 5,989-square-feet in Acacia Creek Shopping Center was recently signed with Grand Duke’s Restaurant.  The property is located at 10050 N. Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale, Arizona.  The owner of the center is Acacia Creek Partners, LLC.  Jake Ertle of Rein & Grossoehme Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord and Josh Gosnell of Commercial Properties represented the tenant.

RETAIL – NWC of 42nd PLACE and INDIAN SCHOOL, PHOENIX
A lease for 2,998-squarefeet in the 42nd Place Shop to Metier Pharmacy was recently consummated.  The location of the property is at the NWC of 42nd Place and Indian School Phoenix, AZ.  The owner of the center is Knightsbridge Financial I.  Joshua Stewart of Rein & Grossoehme represented the Landlord and Rod Beach (Cresa) represented the Tenant.

RETAIL – SEC of BELL RD and REEMS, SURPRISE
A lease for 1,875-square-feet in the Village at Bell to One Stop Nutrition was recently consummated.  The location of the property is at the SEC of Bell and Reems, Surprise, AZ.  One Stop Nutrition has 21 other locations. The owner of the center is Vision West, LLC. Joshua Stewart of Rein & Grossoehme represented the Tenant and Brad Douglas of Cushman & Wakefield represented the Landlord.
