Rommie Mojahed and Mary Nollenberger have leased 4,800-square-feet to William Rea with Blue 32 Chandler LLC. The new sports grill will open up at the new Chandler Crossings retail development on Arizona Avenue and Chandler Heights Blvd. It will join Alamo Draft House Cinema, Dairy Queen, and Charter Schools on a long-term lease for over $1.3 million.
