uli az logoPHOENIX, AZ – Following the enormous success of the popular TV show Shark Tank at ULI Fall Meetings, ULI Arizona is again bringing together expert money and real local deals.

A panel of “sharks” will be moderated by C. Joseph Blackbourn, President and CEO, Everest Holdings, to evaluate the proposals and offer the audience a look behind the closed doors of an investment committee. The event begins at 3:30 p.m. on Nov. 9 at the Camelback Inn Scottsdale Resort & Spa., 5402 E. Lincoln Dr., Scottsdale.

This year’s sharks are Andrew Cohn, Director of Real Estate, Levine Investments; David Larcher, President, Vestar; and Bruce Ward, President, Alliance Residential.

This year’s candidates were chosen based on their actual experience with real estate development, an active and interesting deal to discuss, the ability to make a concise and captivating presentation, and a healthy sense of humor.
