Tucson Lease Report Sept. 10-14, 2018

The following commercial leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the Tucson Lease Report from September. 10 thru 14, 2018.

OFFICE – THE PLAZA AT WILLIAMS CENTER, TUCSON
CPS leased 11,800-square-feet at The Plaza at Williams Centre, located at the SW corner of Broadway Blvd. and Craycroft Rd. The Premises will be used as an accounting and consulting office They are scheduled to open for business March 2019.  Andy Seleznov and Melissa Lal represented the Landlord, Larsen Baker, while Buzz Isaacson, of CBRE, represented the Tenant.

INDUSTRIAL – 8620 E. OLD VAIL RD., TUCSON
Polydeck Screen Corp leased a 5,280-square-foot industrial space located at Rita Ranch Industrial Center, 8620 East Old Vail Road from Davery Properties, LLC. RETAIL – FRONTIER VILLAGE, TUCSON
Larsen Baker is pleased to announce that a Laundromat has leased a 2,250-square-foot space at Frontier Village, located at the NE corner of Alvernon Way and Pima St. They are scheduled to open for business September 2019.  Andy Seleznov and Melissa Lal represented the Landlord, Larsen Baker, while Jon Barger, of Tucson Business Investments, represented the Tenant.

OFFICE – 1050 RIVER ROAD, TUCSON
Thriveworks leased 1,852-square-foot office space located at River Plaza, 1050 River Road, Suite 202. Bruce Suppes and David Volk of CBRE's Tucson Office represented both the landlord, Ashland Group Millenium, LLC. the tenant Thriveworks.
