The site is located next to a high-volume Circle K, within close proximity to Luke Air Force Base and near the growing Marbella Ranch. O’Reilly Auto Parts is scheduled to open in 2nd quarter 2021.
Long was self-represented in negotiations for the buyer in the purchase. Sunbelt Holdings (as an affiliate) of Seller was self-represented.
