Built in 1962, the building has income potential for three tenants. It was well maintained, with electrical upgrade to 400 AMP in June 2016 and a new HVAC installed that same year.
The seller, Treatment Assessment Screening Center, Inc. (TASC) was occupying the building prior to sale.
