
TUCSON, AZ (May 26, 2026) — Seventeen new leases and five renewals totaling 57,650 square feet were reported in the Tucson market for the week of May 18–22, 2026. New leases accounted for 48,824 square feet, including 21,558 square feet of industrial space, 15,914 square feet of office/medical office space, and 11,352 square feet of retail space. Renewals totaled 8,826 square feet, including 2,647 square feet of industrial space, 3,765 square feet of retail space, and 2,414 square feet of office space. The largest industrial lease was Sidewinder VA LLC’s 9,000-square-foot sublease at 1859 W. Grant Road. The largest office lease was Neurological Associates of Tucson dba Center for Neurosciences’ 6,485-square-foot lease at 2355 N. Wyatt Drive. The largest retail lease was an undisclosed tenant’s 4,644-square-foot lease at 2632 S. 6th Avenue, a retail property.
