TUCSON, ARIZONA - The northwest corner of Cortaro and Thornydale will soon be getting a new Mister Car Wash. CWPS Corp., dba Mister Car Wash (NYSE: MCW) recently purchased a 1.08-acre commercial pad for $950,000 ($20 PSF) to construct the car wash.

The newly platted Cortaro Thornydale Commercial Center at the northwest corner has three commercial pads, Mister Car Wash will be on the hard corner. Pacific International Properties, the seller, is also developing a 60-Unit Townhome project behind the commercial pads on this site. Located across from Cortaro Plaza anchored by Bashas', Wells Fargo, The Black Grill and Barnfire Western Grill and Circle K on the other corner, the mixed use project should help fill a growing need for retail in the area.
