The following lease were reported to the Real Estate Daily News from July 11-15, 2022.

Dylan Whitwer and Laurel Lewis with NAI Horizon represented the tenant, Jellison & Robbins, PLLC, in a 65-month office lease for 2,016 SF at 18835 N. Thompson Peak Parkway, Scottsdale, AZ. The landlord, Canyon Village HUI, LLC, was represented by Mike Stritmatter with Cushman Wakefield.

Lori Kahn and Jennifer Loehnert with NAI Horizon represented the tenant, The Diaspora Collective, LLC, in a 60-month retail lease for 1,600 SF at 628 E. Adams St., Phoenix, AZ. The landlord was self-represented.

Chris Gerow, Shelby Tworek and Gabe Ortega with NAI Horizon represented the tenant, Shadetree Golf, in a 60-month retail lease for 3,315 SF at 7641 E. Guadalupe Road, Mesa, AZ. The landlord, AEI Sossaman, LLC, was represented by Mike McWilliams of DeRito Partners.

Kevin Higgins with NAI Horizon represented the landlord, Bogle Family Realty, in a 61-month lease for 2,175 SF at 7227 N 16th St., Phoenix, AZ. The tenant, O’Geez! Brands, was self-represented.

Michael Myrick, Don Morrow and Dylan Whitwer with NAI Horizon represented both the landlord, 600 E. Baseline, LLC, and the tenant, AZ Personal Injury Centers, LLC, in a 60-month medical lease for 1,557 SF at 600 E. Baseline Road, Tempe, AZ.

Don Morrow and Dylan Whitwer with NAI Horizon represented the landlord, Southwest Commercial Property, LLC, in a 38-month office lease for 2,300 SF at 1990 W. Camelback Road. The tenant, AMP Payment Systems, was represented by Jeff Jennings with Prostar Realty.

Matt Harper CCIM, with NAI Horizon represented the landlord, GGR Holdings, Inc., in a 63-month retail lease for 1,223 SF at 4024 E. Guadalupe Road, Gilbert, AZ. The tenant, Breath & Body Wellness, LLC, was self-represented.

Matt Harper CCIM, with NAI Horizon represented the landlord, LASA Realty, LLC, in a 61-month retail lease for 1,200 SF at 7448 W. Glendale Ave., Glendale, AZ. The tenant, Rock Gate Capital, LLC, was self-represented.

Thomas Bean CCIM, and Matt Harper CCIM, with NAI Horizon represented the landlord, El Divine Oasis, LLC, in a 36-month office lease for 1,621 SF at 2715 W. Northern Ave., Phoenix, AZ. The tenant, Artemis of Arizona, LLC, was self-represented.

Chris Gerow, Shelby Tworek and Gabe Ortega with NAI Horizon represented the landlord, CP6GT, LLC, in a 36-month retail lease for 1,200 SF at 5870 W. Thunderbird Road, Glendale, AZ. The tenant, Civitas Law Group, PLLC, was self-represented.

Don Morrow and Dylan Whitwer with NAI Horizon represented the landlord, Southwest Commercial Property, LLC, in a 24-month office lease for 933 SF at 1990 W. Camelback Road, Phoenix, AZ. The tenant, United Energy Workers Healthcare, was represented by Rick Kehm with Arizona Investment Management.
