GOODYEAR, Ariz., February 2, 2023 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced the sale of Noodles & Company, a newly constructed freestanding quick service restaurant in Goodyear, Arizona. The asset sold for $1.8 million.

Scott Wiles, Erin Patton, and Craig Fuller, senior managing directors of the Ohio-based Patton | Wiles | Fuller Group of Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus and Cleveland offices, had an exclusive listing from the seller, a Cleveland-based developer. The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Mark Ruble, executive managing director, and Chris Lind, senior managing director, with the Net Lease Advisory Group of Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus and Phoenix offices. Grant Fitzgerald, regional manager of the firm’s Columbus office, and Ryan Sarbinoff, Arizona Broker of Record, assisted in closing the transaction.

“The sale of Noodles & Company exemplifies Marcus & Millichap’s industry-leading platform and reach, with two of the firm’s brokerage teams collaborating to coordinate a cross-country transaction that delivered top-of-market pricing for the seller, and an excellent passive investment for the buyer,” said Scott Wiles.

Noodles & Company is located at 15290 West McDowell Road in Goodyear, Arizona. The property was build-to-suit in 2022 as an outparcel to The Market at Estrella Falls, a 300,000-square-foot power center anchored by T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods, Burlington, C-A-L Ranch, Old Navy, Staples, Shoe Carnival, and more.
