Farinosa VillasNew BTR community reflects continued investment in Metro Phoenix.

LAVEEN, Ariz (Oct. 23, 2026) – Rockefeller Group, a leading real estate developer, owner, and operator, today announced Farinosa Villas, a new build-to-rent community on 17.4 acres in Laveen.

The development marks another step in Rockefeller Group's continued expansion across the state and the greater Southwest, building on its established presence in Metro Phoenix and growing portfolio of multifamily communities throughout the region.

Located near South Mountain Preserve, Farinosa Villas, 3737 W. Dobbins Road, will offer 213 residences, comprised of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units and divided across a varied collection of detached homes, duplexes, townhomes, and carriage-style units. Planned to combine the space, privacy and versatile design of a traditional home with the flexibility and convenience of rental living, the community will feature contemporary interiors, private outdoor spaces, and a comprehensive collection of shared amenities.

“Farinosa Villas reflects our continued commitment to investing in the Southwest and broadening our residential portfolio to meet pockets of demand for different styles of living,” said Brandon Dillingham, Managing Director at Rockefeller Group. “Laveen offers a compelling combination of natural surroundings, access to major employment centers and a growing residential community. We believe Farinosa Villas will introduce a distinctive housing option that meets the needs of today's renters while contributing to the continued growth of the area.”

The community will feature larger residences averaging approximately 1,187 SF, with private outdoor space accompanying every home. Select residences will also offer private yards and garages. Interiors will include European-style white oak cabinetry, quartz countertops with matching backsplashes, stainless steel appliances, in-home washers and dryers, and smart-home technology, including electronic door hardware, smart thermostats and door cameras.

Residents will have access to a range of indoor and outdoor amenities designed to support recreation, wellness and community connection. A central clubhouse will feature a resident lounge, dedicated kitchen and fitness center, while outdoor offerings will include a lap pool, fire pit with lounge seating, barbecue stations, shaded gathering areas, recreational activities and a dog park. The development will also provide covered parking and electric vehicle charging stations.

Situated in Southwest Phoenix, Farinosa Villas will offer residents convenient access to South Mountain Preserve, one of the region's most prominent outdoor recreation destinations, with extensive hiking and biking trails. The community is located approximately 2.5 miles from the Loop 202 South Mountain Freeway, providing connectivity to major employment centers, shopping, dining and entertainment destinations throughout the greater Phoenix area.

Farinosa Villas builds on Rockefeller Group's established presence in Metro Phoenix, where the company has developed and co-developed several premier multifamily, office and industrial properties. Its residential track-record of completions in Arizona totals nearly 2,000 units. Its current portfolio in the market includes Corsica Villas at Euclid and 20th Street, two new build-to-rent townhome communities in South Phoenix. Together, these developments underscore the company's continued focus on expanding its residential footprint in growing Southwest markets.

Preleasing at Farinosa Villas, currently under construction, is anticipated to begin before year-end 2026, with first move-ins targeted for February 2027. Leasing will be managed by Mark Taylor.

The announcement coincides with the launch of a preview website, www.farinosavillas.com, offering prospective residents the opportunity to learn more and to register for updates as development progresses.
