SCOTTSDALE, ARIZ.  (March 31, 2023) – ORION Investment Real Estate’s M | T HealthcaRE Partners is pleased to announce the addition of Victoria Filice, CCIM, to its Healthcare Real Estate Team.

“I was fortunate to be with Victoria in Charlotte when she was pinned as a new CCIM Designee in 2022 and I’ve been impressed with her character and contribution to the local CCIM chapter,” said Marina Hammersmith, CCIM, one of the team’s founders. “Witnessing her energy and willingness to dive into volunteerism, I felt strongly that her work ethic and dedication would help drive the continued growth of this team.”

M | T HealthcarRE Partners, also founded by Tyrel Williams, CPM, is a full-service healthcare real estate practice specializing in tenant/buyer representation, medical practice expansion strategy, landlord leasing/sales representation, and property repositioning for medical use. The team operates as part of Orion Investment Real Estate.

Filice comes to the team from NAI Horizon where she spent four years focused on investment sales. She has been involved in transactions across the country with a total value of more than $200 million.

Prior to beginning her real estate career, Filice attended Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, California, and earned her BFA. She worked as a freelance photographer for several years in Los Angeles before moving to Phoenix to obtain her real estate license.

“Marina and I have been, and always will be, extremely selective in who we bring on to the team,” Williams said. “Victoria aligns with our core values and checks all the boxes on our long list of requirements. We’re thrilled to have her."

Filice earned her CCIM designation in 2022 and currently serves on the Central Arizona CCIM Chapter Board.

"I am very excited to join Marina and Tyrel to apply the knowledge I gained from CCIM and my four years working in commercial real estate,” Filice said. “Healthcare and leasing will be new challenge for me, but I’m ready to take it on under the guidance of these two powerhouse brokers."
