TUCSON, AZ (November 19, 2024) -- The former Aastro Transmission automotive repair shop at 5302 E Speedway Boulevard in Tucson sold for $750,000 ($190.79 PSF) to Richard and Helen Garrigan (Garrigan's Auto Repair Shop). Built in 1977 and renovated in 1998, the single-story building consists of 3,931 square feet on a 15,000 SF lot. The automotive repair shop features six drive-in bays with lifts and a secured yard. Lifts and assorted automotive equipment were conveyed with the sale.

Buyer currently owns an automotive repair shop in Tucson, Garrigan's Auto Repair Shop, and was looking to expand the business to a second location.

The sale occurred on November 1, 2024.
