Phoenix, Arizona (March 19, 2025) – In a dynamic expansion move, Mountainside Fitness has announced the acquisition of a prime commercial property, which marks their second location in Queen Creek, Arizona. The new fitness center will be located just west of the northwest corner of Gantzel and Combs Dr, marking another milestone in the brand's commitment to serving Arizona's rapidly growing communities with state-of-the-art fitness facilities.

The seller was represented by CRE8 Advisors partners, Rommie Mojahed and Andy Kroot and sold for $3,987,25.00 to Mountainside Fitness. “We are thrilled to bring their second location chain to Queen Creek,” said Mojahed. “The town’s growth and the strong sense of community here make it the perfect location for this expansion.” This was a fee-simple all-cash transaction and was represented by Regan Amato with JLL.

Queen Creek, recognized as one of the fastest-growing towns in Arizona, has experienced an impressive population surge fueled by a strong local economy, residential developments, and a commitment to maintaining a high quality of life for its residents. Known for its family-friendly atmosphere and vibrant community, Queen Creek offers an attractive mix of suburban charm and modern amenities, making it an ideal location for businesses like Mountainside Fitness.

This new facility will cater to the area’s active population with cutting-edge fitness equipment, a wide variety of group fitness classes, and amenities designed to promote a healthy lifestyle. It will also create new job opportunities, contributing to the town’s economic vitality.

Over the past decade, Queen Creek has invested heavily in infrastructure improvements and recreational opportunities, attracting new families and businesses alike. Its strategic location near major highways and the Phoenix metropolitan area has made it a hub for commercial and residential growth. They will join other retailers in the area, including Fry’s Marketplace, Target, Ono Hawaiian BBQ, Sprouts and Auto Zone.

If you are interested in joining Mountainside Fitness, there are still three remaining pads left for sale. Investors can view the website for more property information or reach out to the CRE8 advisors directly at www.CRE8advisors.com.
