Phoenix Commercial Advisors represents seller of Grand Village Center
Surprise, Ariz (July 2, 2026) – Phoenix Commercial Advisors facilitated the sale of Grand Village Center, a necessity-based multi-tenant retail center. The property, located on the southeast corner of Reems Road and U.S. Route 60 in Surprise, Ariz., sold for $10,700,000, or $203 per square foot.
The 52,685-square-foot center, built in 2005, was 97 percent leased at the time of sale to an internet-resistant mix of necessity-based and service-oriented tenants anchored by Elevate Trampoline Park. Positioned at a hard corner with combined traffic counts of more than 63,000 vehicles per day, the property benefits from exceptional visibility along U.S. 60 and sits directly across from Banner Del Webb Medical Center, home to 404 beds and 1,654 employees. John Schweikert and Chad Tiedeman at Phoenix Commercial Advisors represented the seller in the transaction.
“Grand Village Center is exactly the kind of asset that resonates with investors right now — necessity-based, internet-resistant tenants, a new anchor lease, and a submarket that continues to outperform. We were pleased to execute a clean transaction and deliver strong results for our client,” said John Schweikert of Phoenix Commercial Advisors.
