TroonFourth-floor tenant improvement delivers a new workplace for Troon at Kierland II in Scottsdale

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (Nov. 3, 2026) — Wespac Construction has completed a 60,510 SF corporate workplace for Troon at Kierland II in Scottsdale, Arizona. Located on the building’s fourth floor, the new space brings together executive, meeting, collaboration and employee areas designed around Troon’s day-to-day operations and long-term workplace needs.

Wespac served as general contractor for the project, working alongside Troon and RSP Architects to execute the tenant improvement and coordinate construction throughout the occupied Kierland II office environment. Wespac’s project team included Project Superintendent Trevor Hibbert and Senior Project Engineer Jack Call, who worked with RSP Architects team members Alissa Franconi and Eli Toay.

“Troon builds and manages clubs around the world, so we know what a typical construction experience looks like. This project was anything but typical. Once we committed to a location, the schedule accelerated quickly, and significant changes continued well into construction,” said Cindy Anderson, Senior Vice President, Special Projects for Troon. “Trevor, Jack, and the Wespac team never missed a beat. They adapted quickly, provided creative and cost-effective solutions, and helped ensure the finished space reflected our vision. Their attention to detail, proactive communication, and collaborative approach set them apart. They identified and resolved issues before they became problems and worked as a true partner alongside our architect and internal executive team."

“The result is a headquarters that marks the next era of Troon and deepens our commitment to Arizona and our brand. Our executive team consistently recognized the value Wespac brought throughout the process, and the project is better because of their expertise and dedication,” Anderson added.

The buildout transformed an existing office environment into a new workplace featuring a lobby and reception area, executive suite, board room, conference and meeting rooms, private offices, open office areas, restrooms, breakroom, kitchen, and lounge spaces. The work included demolition of the existing interior and construction of the new office environment.

Construction requires detailed coordination of raised access flooring, owner-furnished systems and several long-lead materials, including lighting, water-source heat pumps, tile, acoustical ceiling tile and millwork. Wespac tracked procurement and installation with the design team, trade partners and owner vendors to keep the work moving and protect the project schedule.

“A project this size inside an occupied building, with long-lead equipment and a design that kept evolving during construction, only works when everyone is working from the same plan. Troon, RSP Architects, the property manager and our trade partners stayed in constant communication, and that’s what let us absorb late changes and still deliver Troon a space built for the next chapter of its business,” said John Wasemiller, Project Manager, Wespac Construction.

The project team included Troon as owner, RSP Architects as Architect of record and Wespac Construction as general contractor. Construction was completed on September 30, 2026.
