PHOENIX, AZ – ViaWest Group is pleased to announce another recent boon in its portfolio, with the successful lease renewal of the 8,113-square-foot tenant, Aetna Life Insurance Company and an approximate 4,896-square-foot expansion of Jewish Family and Children’s Services, Inc. (JFCS), both at their West 101 Business Center. West 101 Business Center at 1830 N. 95th Ave., Phoenix, AZ is a multi-tenant office building within a master planned business park just northeast of the 101 and I-10. Aetna has signed on for an 18-month renewal and JFCS has increased their sq. ft. to just over a total of 16,900-square-feet.

“We are excited to see continued success for our tenants as reflected in the growth of the size of their businesses. The decision to remain and expand at West 101 Business Center is indicative of the excellent location and functionality of the property,” says Sean Ryle, Asset Manager of ViaWest Group. The building boasts other well-known tenants, such as ITT Technical Institute, Maricopa County, and Arizona West Endoscopy. The property is now 91% leased with remaining suites from 2,544 to 7,434 sq. ft.
