TUCSON, AZ (December 19, 2023) – Pollo Feliz Restaurant at 4001 N Oracle Road in Tucson has a new landlord after selling the property to 3700 S 6th Ave., LLC (Jesus Bonillas, manager) and 4001 N Oracle Road Properties, LLC (Sonia Renbao, manager) for $1.75 million. Pollo Feliz has been at this location for 20 years.
The buyers are well known for their own restaurant expertise, which helped them decide on this sale-leaseback. The transaction closed on December 8, 2023.
Frank Arrotta, with Larsen Baker, who handled the transaction, told us he had five offers on the property shortly after listing it.
Built in 1978, the 3,188-square-foot property has 38 parking spaces, pylon signage, a drive-thru, and an outside eating area at the northwest corner of Oracle and Roger Road, a highly trafficked intersection and prime retail location.
