TUCSON, ARIZONA, (November 28, 2022) -- Andres “Dre” Rubal earned the Member of Appraisal (MAI) designation in September 2022. The MAI designation is the standard of excellence in commercial appraising requiring a rigorous advanced education schedule, comprehensive exam, years of experience, and a high level of ethics.
As part of these accomplishments, he was also promoted to partner of AXIA Real Estate Appraisers in Tucson.
Rubal has been with Axia Appraisers for 15 years and has an extensive amount of experience assisting clients in the analysis of various commercial properties located throughout Arizona. His current specialization is on industrial properties and eminent domain appraisals, working with entities such as the City of Tucson, Maricopa County, etc.
He also has been involved in the analysis of other property types such as apartments, retail, convenience stores and gas stations, carwash facilities, net leased properties, office, vacant land and other commercially oriented properties.
In his free time, Rubal enjoys traveling with his two young boys and wife, spending time outside; fishing, boating, camping and is a supporter of Arizona Wildcats athletics.
