CHANDLER, Ariz. (July 7, 2025) – GO Industrial completed the sale of GO|AZ Ave, a 181,655-square-foot industrial building at 2377 S Arizona Ave. in Chandler, to Applied Materials.
CBRE’s Evan Koplan, Tanner Ferrandi, and John Werstler represented the seller, Go Industrial, in the transaction. Cushman & Wakefield’s Jim Wilson, Brian Lee, and Garrett Wilson represented the buyer, Applied Materials.

Located at 2377 South Arizona Avenue, the facility is one of the largest industrial buildings in the immediate Chandler Airport submarket. The building features 32-foot clear heights, 32 dock-high doors, 3,219 square feet of speculative office space, and 52 trailer parking stalls.
