Phoenix, Ariz.—The commercial real estate firm, ViaWest Group, announces the opening of a Denver, CO office. The company owns and manages nearly 7MM square feet in Metropolitan Phoenix and is recognized as one of the premier commercial real estate firms in the area.
ViaWest Group’s Tom Glissmeyer will be overseeing the Denver office as the Market Leader for the Mountain West Region. Tom will be responsible for sourcing development and investment opportunities in Colorado and Utah and executing ongoing development deals in Arizona. This includes formulating ViaWest’s investment strategy, as well as sourcing and structuring debt and equity. Additionally, Tom manages the financial analysis, entitlements process, and oversees all community relations efforts within the region.
