Phoenix, AZ – Belinda Rosthenhausler has joined Carol Rieger’s team at Clear Title Agency of Arizona as the Assistant Vice President of Commercial Sales in the Phoenix / Biltmore office. Her focus will be centered on the continued market growth of the commercial title division, with a strategic emphasis on marketing and new account acquisitions.
Rosthenhausler will also be responsible for building relationships with commercial brokers, real estate developers, investors, lenders, and attorneys. She will assist with research, due diligence, and commercial escrow services.
Rosthenhausler previously worked for Security Title Agency in the same role. Her experience includes Vice President and SBA Business Development Officer at Meadows Bank, Vice President and SBA Development Officer at National Bank of Arizona, and Vice President and SBA Development Officer at Metro Phoenix Bank.

Rosthenhausler is a board member and candidate for Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), she’s a committee member with Valley Partnership, a board member for Workshops for Youth & Families, and is affiliated with NAIOP Arizona, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), and the Arizona Self-Storage Association.
Rostenhausler was born and raised in Tucson. She is first generation American from a family of entrepreneurs and independent business owners in Arizona and Mexico.
