CASA GRANDE, ARIZONA – June 7, 2023 – Berkadia announced today the sale of ±20 acres of land surrounding the NWC of Peart and Kortsen Roads in Casa Grande, Arizona. Senior Managing Directors Mark Forrester and Ric Holway, Senior Director Dan Cheyne, and Director Andrew Curtis of Berkadia Phoenix represented the buyer on this $6.26 million sale.
The land is being planned for multifamily development.
This sale represents the 59th multifamily site Berkadia Phoenix has sold.
