PHOENIX, AZ – The Better Business Bureau (BBB) has purchased two office buildings with a combined square footage of 25,918-square-feet at 1002-1010 E. Missouri Ave., Phoenix for $4.3 million. Price per SF was posted at $165.91 SF. The transaction closed on October 22nd.
Bill Blake and Colton Trauter, principals with Lee & Associates, negotiated on behalf of the seller, McMurry Properties, Inc. of Phoenix.
Kevin Lange with Keyser represented the BBB. They are expected to take occupancy within the next few months.
The two buildings previously housed McMurry/TMG, an online marketing, advertising and print publishing company. The 1002 building is 13,700-square-feet and was built in 1982. The 1010 building is 12,218-square-feet and was built in 1981. Both of these buildings face each other in a secluded, heavily landscaped garden setting that is characteristic of this sought-after Central Phoenix neighborhood.
