The seller, an Arizona limited liability company comprised of VAP Properties, LLC, Shenitzer Properties, LLC, and WV, LLC, was represented by Nancy McClure from CBRE Advisory & Transaction Services in Tucson.
The buyer, KECAZ, LLC, intends to develop the land into a Black Rock Coffee Bar, making this the fifth Black Rock Coffee location Price has handled in the Tucson market.
