TUCSON, AZ -- Brett Cadden Anderson has been named Vice President at Cadden Community Management.
Brett was born and raised in Tucson and holds a Bachelor's degree in environmental microbiology with a minor in business administration from the University of Arizona. She joined the Cadden team in 2012 as a portfolio manager. She is now responsible for overseeing a team of community managers, as well as being responsible for the in house training program. Brett is a member of the CCM Marketing and Sales team. She is also a member of business organizations such as Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM) and Community Associations Institute (CAI).
Brett has earned the designation of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) through Community Associations Institute (CAI) as well as Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM) through Arizona Association of Community Managers.
She is currently pursuing her Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation, the highest professional designation awarded by Community Associations Institute (CAI).
Cadden Community Management has enjoyed over 29 years of success in the association management industry. Today, the company is responsible for maintaining and increasing property values of homes in approximately 220 communities in Tucson, Green Valley and Sierra Vista.
