The NAA compares thousands of multifamily organizations nationwide to measure employee satisfaction. The top ten multifamily employers are based on anonymous employee satisfaction surveys, which analyze the organization’s ability to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and hard work.
The award's goal is to pay tribute to management companies and suppliers from across the rental housing industry who have gone above and beyond to create safe, engaging, and caring work environments for their employees over the past year.
