ORO VALLEY, ARIZONA -- Canyon Building & Design has completed a new addition to the Leman Academy of Excellence at 12255 N La Cañada Dr. in Oro Valley.
Leman Academy is a tuition-free public charter school focusing on Classical Education with locations in Arizona and Colorado. It is its own educational institution and therefore is not part of a school district. Leman Academy of Excellence in Oro Valley, Arizona is a K-8 School with Elementary School and a full-day Kindergarten to 8th Grade and Pre-K (Age 3-4). The foundational principles for the educational philosophy of Leman Academy of Excellence has been formed and established by Dr. Kevin Leman, the founder of the school, who has often dreamed of launching a school and learning environment for young people that willingly engages and embraces parents in the educational process, highlighting the parent/teacher/scholar relationship to bring out the best in each and every child.
The new state-of-the-art facility includes new classrooms, cafeteria, warm kitchen and bathrooms in a massive 31,655-square-foot area. The addition is part of several expansions throughout the state being constructed by Leman Academy of Excellence.
