TUCSON, AZ (April 7, 2026) — Tucson’s latest lease activity totaled 33,837 square feet this week, including 24,211 square feet of new leases and 9,626 square feet of renewals. Industrial space led the report with 24,961 square feet leased overall, followed by 8,720 square feet of retail space and 156 square feet of office space.
