Tucson, Ariz. – (February 18, 2024) – CBRE facilitated the $2.03 million single-tenant net investment sale of Circle City ABA, located at 3719 North Campbell Avenue in Tucson, to 4-D Properties LLP.
CBRE’s Retail Investment Partners’ John Read, Trent Steeves and Philip Voorhees, along with Nancy McClure represented the seller, 3719 Campbell Partners, LLC
The property, which has a 100% occupancy rate, spans 8,205 square feet and is strategically located in a high-traffic area near the northwest corner of North Campbell Avenue and East Prince Road. The tenant, Circle City ABA, has committed to a long-term lease.
The sale transaction occurred on February 14, 2025.
Circle City ABA provides applied behavior analysis therapy to a wide spectrum of autism disorders, helping to increase communication, self-help, and social skills for children with autism through its 28 locations nationwide.
