Cove Logistics Center, at the SWC of Van Buren Street and 37th Avenue in Phoenix, involved an impressive transformation — from an undeveloped dirt lot into a fully operational industrial site. The project scope included full-scale underground infrastructure, advanced stormwater retention systems, and the construction of truck courts and a new parking lot designed to accommodate future operations seamlessly. We also implemented drive approaches to enhance efficiency that improve traffic flow and connectivity throughout the site.
In addition to the on-site improvements, Wespac executed significant offsite work, including underground utility installation and extensive asphalt paving. These enhancements not only improve accessibility for surrounding businesses but also set the foundation for future industrial growth in the region.
